Oat Flour Olive Oil Stevia Egg Baking Powder

Ingredients


For the pie;


  • 5 cups of oat flour
  • 1 cup vegetable or neroli oil
  • 1,5 tablespoon stevia
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

1. Preheat the oven to 335° F

2. In a large bowl, combine the vegetable/neroli oil with the stevia 

3. Add the egg while stirring

4. In another bowl, mix the oat flour and the baking powder

5. Add the dry ingredients mix into the wet ingredients mix while stirring

6. Place the dough in your pie pan as thin as you can

7. Bake it about 40-45 minutes

8. Let it cool down in the oven for additional 10-15 minutes

Oat Milk Oat Flour Stevia Butter Baking Powder

Ingredients


For the milk pudding;


  • 2 cups of oat flour
  • 1 liter oat milk
  • 2 tablespoon stevia
  • 75 gr butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder

1. Stir the butter on the stove until it melts

2. Add the oat flour to the melted butter and keep stirring until you can smell the flour

3. Slowly dd the oat milk while stirring in order to prevent clumping

4. Add the stevia and the vanilla powder to the homogeneous mixture

5. Keep on stirring until it reaches the pudding consistency

6. Let it cool down until it’s warmish about 5-10 minutes

7.  Whip the mixture with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes for proper consistency

8. Let it cool down for 10-15 minutes

Now Let’s Assemble

Strawberry Pie with Homemade Milk Pudding

1. After washing the strawberries thoroughly, cut them into half

2. Pour the milk pudding on the pie crust

3. Place the strawberries as desired

4. Ready to serve.. Enjoy!
